Opening in the Summer of 2020
The Advocates of Saint Sebastian is proposing to offer immigration filing assistance to the general public and immigrant community in helping to complete USCIS forms, file tax preparations with the IRS for ITIN holders (including their families), availability of a Notary Public and assist in filing the following applications:
- Family Visa Petitions
- Adjustment of Status
- Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
- Family-based Petitions
- ITIN Applications & Tax Preparation
- Naturalization & Citizenship
- Document Renewals & Replacement
- Education on Immigration Law
Our services are provided to all persons without regard for race, age, nationality, immigration status, gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, family status, socio-economic standing or any other identifiable characteristic. We particularly extend a warm welcome to LGBTQIA+ persons and their families including nonresident aliens and immigrants without a legal standing.
